2nd Weigh-in for Contest

Woo Hoo……I lost 6 lbs. I really was hoping for 8 because I know I have the ability to lose 4 lbs. a week right now. Maybe I can lose 8 by next weigh-in. And also, I hit 50 lbs. today! I feel great. I teetered in the 250s for about a month. I thought I’d never break that point. It really does make me feel like I’m on top of the world by breaking my 50 lb mark!!

Step #1: Complete

Well, I made it to K-Mart and weighed in for the New Day Your Way contest! I’m so hyped! I feel so motivated! I can’t wait to get up in the morning and exercise!! I never thought I’d be the one saying this, but it’s so true. You can do anything when your inspired:-)

Step #2: Write an essay…”How K-Mart has helped bring out the new me”

Step #3: Make it to each weigh in every 2 weeks, with a weight lose goal of at least 2 lbs, but I KNOW I can do better than only 1 lb. a week!

Step #4: Wait…..wait….and wait some more for the “winner” results, and hope it’s ME!!

I am actually going to enter K-Marts New Day Your Way Contest! A year ago I wouln’t have even considered doing something like this. I’ve always used my weight as an excuse not to do things that deep down I really want to do.  Well, I’m not gonna do it anymore. It’s time to start living life and stop hiding behind my weight! Bring it on…I feel like I’m ready for anything!! I hope I can be an inspiration for everyone out there like me!! Good luck on your journey to find that happy, healthy person inside.
